What did the name of the beloved do? It freed me and imprisoned me at the same time. It freed me the first time I said his beloved name with my lips. My lips just translated what was always in my heart. I did not know him and his reality is still unknown to me. But then his name imprisoned me. It placed me in the solitary confinement of love. Alone I find my self with him and I can only say his name. Allah is too much for me Allah is so kind to allow me to hide behind the name of his beloved. I hide behind his cloak ashamed to approach the Lord of the worlds on my own. So I hide behind Muhammad (saul Allahu Alayhi wasalam) He is the one who walked with the poor and he helped the most wretched gently approach their Lord. In reality my tongue is not even pure enough to say his name. But I have nothing else to approach my Lord with. I try to say La Illaha Ill Allah Alone But my heart runs to add Muhammad Rasool Allah (Saul Allahu Alayhi wasalam) As if these statements are made to be said together. The Jews say La illaha ill Allah And the one who carries evil deeds the size of a mountain can say La illaha ill Allah. But the only thing that frees them completely is when they add Muhammad Rasool Allah (Saul Allahu Alayhi wa salam) When I looked at the Kaba I felt the Majesty of the Lord. The only reason I was even able to approach the Kaba is because I went to Madina first. With the beloved calming my heart bringing ease to all my pains. I did not go to the Kaba looking for Allah. Because Allah exist without a place. I went to the Kaba looking for the traces of Muhammad (Saul Allahu Alayhi wasalam) When I ran between safa and marwa he was the zam zam I was waiting for. Hagar was holding Ismael but Ismael was holding the Light of Muhammad. Dont blame me for not looking for Allah at the kaba. He is already closer to us then our jugular vein. Did Allah not make the whole earth a masjid? Why? and when? He declared that the whole earth had become pure the momment his beloved's feet touched the earth. So pure that if you dont have water which is a manifestation of the Light of Sayidina Muhammad you can now put dirt on your face because it became pure once his beloved placed his foot upon it. Saul Allahu Alayhi wasalam.
