I don't really have any settings to make the combo faster, but the ping can be a problem to do it (200+ ping people will probably won't be able do make it fast enough)
Combo with hellfire hands is : Druid robe or soldier armor (if you use one of them) + Q (optionnal/depend if the player is far to dash on him) + Magic pollen (harvester cap) + E + W + Q (if he survive or not)

fastest way to spec up is do faction war, earn points, spend on chest.
