I absolutely LOVE Rod Stewart. My girlfriend and I would go to all his concerts when he came to St. Louis, Mo. I loved my girlfriend, she was my rock when I was diagnosed with MS in 2001. In 2006 she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I remember psyching my self to remember every single moment of our last concert. I can remember her laughing, dancing and having a good time. I lost her in 2009. I miss her terribly. Paula, this one is for you!!

4 weeks at #1 in Billboard and a worldwide hit. He’d go back to a more rock-oriented sound in 1980 and after. This was probably just too tempting to pass up. Everyone was doing disco stuff in 1978 and 79, and if the Stones could get away with it, so could he.
Well, he did it with a full band so technically, he didn’t sell out, like any bonafide rockstar, he improvised and head on straight to the #1 spot on Billboard.

This song means everything to me right now, earlier today I just lost my sister, We don’t know that happened but if anything she passed away in her sleep. Throughout this whole day I’ve been in a constantly loop of this morning of how it all happened, today I thought it was gonna be just like any other Monday but instead I lost the second most closest thing to me, my beloved sister who actually showed me this amazing song.
