    Hi Emely,
Great presentation, very applicable for me.
I am a 55 year old male, very active in sports. Martial arts, climbing, kettlebell training, ... (I am Belgian. And a certified barefoot training specialist, trough Anton Ghys.)
I have cavus feet, a hallux rigidus on the right, left great toe joint worn out. Almost no toe flexion in the great toes.
For me, barefoot shoes are the most comfortable. Some padding is nice if I walk or stand a lot. I have been very happy with my Lems Boulder boots.
I totaly agree on the orthotics. I have worn them, never really helped. Once I switched to barefoot shoes, naboso splays, neuro ball and a blackboard, thing got a lot better.
Your presetation reminded me to get more active again on those devices.
Interestingly I have been suffering from a tendinopathy in my right hip, ans loss of muscle mass. I am going to attack my feet again, see if it helps my hip.

It’s called a Blackboard but MyFootFunction makes a way better version called the PedesBoard.
