Lovely video.
A reasonable length hike, not too arduous. I've completed both this and the Heart Mountain horseshoe about 8 times each back in the 1980's. Cracking views. We also did a full day trek from the start of Pigeon Mountain over to Nakiska lodge which was a fair bit tougher.
