We bake one biscuit. We make the cream from only two ingredients. It cannot be easier or faster. The golden cake won the hearts of my guests and family.
The biscuit is so soft and airy, a wonder.
Of course, you can choose the cream as you wish because it goes well with everything. My choice is this cream with only 2 ingredients.
We use a 35x23 cm pan. Bake the biscuit for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
Ingredients:
Biscuit:
- 100 g of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar or vinegar 9%
- 6 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts (about 200 gr)
- 170 g of flour
- butter for lubrication
CREAM:
- 300 g of sour cream
- 300 g of store-bought caramel for three-year-olds
