If you’re blocking the middle lane and don’t get out my way, I’m going around you in the left lane. If you don’t like it and wanna act like DOT or or Police then get out of the middle lane if you’re not passing
@@truckinglifewithshawn the majority states do not. Even in states where it is state law or ordinanced by the DOT, it may not be a blanket restriction on all highways. If the state or DOT has no such restriction on the books, this movement is legal. The trucks are afforded same privilege as all other passenger vehicles.
Commercial vehicles are not allowed the left lane sometimes the the two left lanes depending on which interstate and where you're at there for cars and trucks not big trucks
