The combo at 1:24 I can't do... Idk why I can't get the sky spikes to hit properly after LP, QCF+MP. If I use OD DD+MP+HP the spikes will hit but the dummy goes in the wrong direction 😢😢😢

You need to be cornered for the 2nd portal to hit towards JP. Midscreen/Corner doesn't allow that.
