Appreciate the strap comments. I have this bag and like to work sling in back which this strap does not accommodate if you want to have the padding on shoulder where it’s supposed to be. Also, the ability to cinch the strap is very difficult when the bag has some weight in it. I think they missed the boat on the strap but i like everything else about the bag. I checked with Alpaka if they offer an alternative stray and unfortunately still dont.
I think there are adjustment points at each end of shoulder strap. I f you align them asymmetrically you can have strap work with padding in correct place
Oh maybe, the strap itself is seen in so it Disney move..but if I adjust the strap then it won’t be comfortable lol I guess it’s a lose lose lol for me anyway
@@TBEDC I mean, if you have both sides maxed out, then yeah it doesn't work. The strap might not be long enough for how you wear it. But if there is some extra length, just loosen the other side and tighten the other.
Thanks for the video!! Nice catch about the position of the padded part of the strap, I was almost decided to purchase this model, now I am hesitating because of that ^^
Thank you and I’ve been noticing a lot of bags have strap padding like that..if it was moveable it would be fine just don’t sew it in..Thank you for watching..it’s a solid bag however 😁
Thanks for the review! I appreciate the observation about the strap and padding.
Your welcome! Thank you for watching!!

Try removing the stitching in the three areas on the shoulder strap
I think size wise I would be more into the mini version personally. But this still looks like a solid option for someone who need more space.
I agree ..I like smaller..but the larger size could make a good go away bag..Thank you for watching!!
Since the padding doesn't sit on your shoulder did you try to detach it and use it the other way round? Looks like an easy fix to me.
@@stephenang499 I actually moved in from that bag..I’ve been carrying a Fjallraven about 9 months now
Nice bag! Not really my style, but I can see a lot of people liking this one!
