    Recipe
    1*Strong wheat flour-1kg
    2*salt-20gm
    3*yeast-20gm
    4*sugar-130gm
    5*butter-60gm
    6*fresh milk-225gm
    7*water-225gm
    Method
    1*add all ingredients together.
    2*slow speed 5 minutes.
    3*Fast speed 15 minutes.
    4*Final dough keep rest in chiller 2hours
    For Lamination dough
    divide dough 1.500kg
    for Lamination butter 600 gm.
    Lamination folding
    Two book fold
    For Baking 🔥
    Oven temperature 🔥 200 dgree.
    Time for baking 🔥 13 Minutes.
