This schedule I followed in the last 2 months.
I used to go for evening walks during other time.
Overall I agree my physical and mental health wasn’t the best during this time.

Step2) join private library around your place
Library is a great place to study
The environment is like an exam hall. Even if u want to waste ur time in mobile u will feel embarrassed when u see others in library.
It worked for me, hope it does for u

We don't get 12 hours to read during internship...what to do then ??
Internship- even 3-4 hrs daily is enough. Some postings are chill postings, there you can cover the syllabus.
But the good thing about studying in internship is that 6 months later you’ll definitely get selected.

Sir The marking scheme of inicet has changed recently with different question patterns having different marks so will the approach to questions be different, like how many questions to attend?
Marking scheme 🤔As per the marking scheme, 1 mark is allotted for every correct answer and for every incorrect answer in the exam, 1/3rd of marks are deducted

8-9 hrs of self study is more than enough frankly.
I’d advice you to take a qbank and a test series if you are self studying. A distant learning program usually suffices.
