Mothshu Kyrielight does sound like a cute design concept. Its symbology is also actually rather fitting of her overall character arc across the story of FGO, the small larval creature unsure of its existance, clad in a protective shell before coming out as her own beautiful and self actualized being. Crane-sama truly is wise in her artistic ways.
