Momo now feels uncomfortable with Sana's displays of affection (hugging, kissing, etc), not because she dislikes it, but to her it feels like her sister (or a family member) being too clingy/cringey with skinship when they're not kids anymore.
I think Sanashi do kisses and hugges clearly out of innocence and love. U can see she clearly does these things with other members. The minds of these kind of people does not have a fake identity, so they will show their love anywhere anytime.
