विधि:
चावल को भूनें: एक कढ़ाई में थोड़ा सा घी या तेल डालें। इसमें धुला हुआ चावल डालें और हल्का भूनें। चावल का रंग हल्का सुनहरा होने तक भूनें।
दूध मिलाएं: भूने हुए चावल में दूध डालें और अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं।
पकाएं: मिश्रण को धीमी आंच पर पकने दें। कड़ाही को ढक दें और चावल के फूलने तक पकाएं।

सर्विंग करें: चावल के दूध को ठंडा होने दें और फिर बच्चों को सर्व करें।
टिप्स:
चावल को ज्यादा देर तक न भूनें, नहीं तो दूध में कड़वा स्वाद आ सकता है।
चीनी की मात्रा बच्चों के स्वाद के अनुसार समायोजित करें।
इलायची पाउडर के बजाय आप केसर या वनीला भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
