Farms approved by the RSPCA have been filmed undercover and the footage shows the appalling conditions these poor animals are living in it's shameful.

$330k per annum RSPCA QLD CEO Darren Maier, wants to continue cutting paid staff (vet nurses etc) in favour of local recruiting more volunteers. Mr Maier earns $330k per annum, plus bonuses. That's an incredibly high salary.
It is worth noting that Annastacia Palaszczuk had already expressed the need for a comprehensive review of RSPCA QLD following calls from senior staff for the CEO and the board to step aside in the best interest of the organisation (Courier Mail, 27/11/21) BUT NOTHING EVENTUATED. Furthermore, the CEO breached conflict of interest policies by appointing friends to roles within RSPCA, both of whom received bonuses totalling $30,000 before departing the organisation in 2021 (Courier Mail, 14/11/21). The CEO received $170,000 in bonuses during the COVID-19 pandemic, on top of his $330,000 annual salary, while the organisation received millions in Jobkeeper payments (Courier Mail, 14/11/21).
