I like playing Blue Shanks right now especially when my team has a Film red shanks, because your opponent sometimes can’t tell them apart and you can bait them into your counter quite easily.
Fun Fact: Skill 2 hits pass the bubbles in Sabaody Day. As enemies approach them they will take damage if you time it right. If you don't manage to hit the skill 2, there's always skill 1 to teleport you across.

If it’s enough to KO then they won’t heal. Roger or shanks
The damage calculates first so if you have below 70% you die cause it heals after the fact
Shiki is really a good red "counter" for new green Shanks if you time well his slice first hability. Just because 70% increased damage, thats op to use against Roger/ex Roger pirates
