The 2023 US Open main draw runs from August 28 - September 10 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 143rd time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Last year, Spain's Carlos Alcaraz and Poland's Iga Swiatek claimed the men's and women's singles titles. It was both players' first US Open title, with Alcaraz winning his first Grand Slam title and Swiatek winning her third Grand Slam title. This year, at the US Open, we’re set for another historic tournament as the world’s best tennis players head to New York. Coco has come full circle... I remember when she was about Andreeva's age and played Naomi with a similar final score. Andreeva will also come back better, just as Coco has... Both of these young women still have so much more potential. I look forward to seeing both their growth as they keep playing. Great game ladies!

Coco has to find ways to win points easier and definitely faster without all these friendly rallies where she’s not making her opponent run anywhere or overwork themself. Once she adds that to her playing style, she’ll be ready to duel higher level players on a more competitive scale.
Unless she was being compassionate to a fellow young player, she should have really put her away sooner and with less “work.”
