No because there is grass out of bounds, sometimes in places where there is no ground and in some other cases there might be in such tiny spaces that a player character model would not fit.
I have commented on it too in the past, he either uses some weird filter while editing, has something setup incorrectly, or his capture card needs a replacement ASAP.
