I want to thank you for helping me a lot to solve puzzles. I was struggling to solve even easy puzzles till last month. With your lessons and techniques , I already completed my sudoku book of 150 puzzles which was with 47 very hard puzzles. I am working on expert level puzzles now. Thanks again for your guidance .

I've been doing Sudoku for several years now, but it's so fun to learn new techniques. I just found this channel and plan on watching many, many more of your videos.
#SudokuGuy Thank you I love when you do scenarios and teach lessons with real puzzles that can be solved. After the lesson I always go back and finish off the puzzles myself. The more I do the better I get plus with the pandemic I don't really have much else to do!
@@SudokuGuy Luckily I found a website I can plug in what you have on the board just to verify it is in fact a real puzzle and not just something made up on the spot to teach a technique. I've only accidentally copied down something twice only to realize it wasn't actually meant to be done as a whole puzzle!

Quite a helpful technique. I have to admit that I rewatched the video to correctly understand "the triangle"*. Thought I had it, but then...re-watched and the light came on. Thanks again for making sudoku fun and do-able. (*my erroneous triangle was too long on one axis, i.e., two cells on one side ).

So can I pick up a triangle even when there are more than three cells filled? ie, just ignore any other number temporarily and just follow the three numbers that make up the triangle?

Mr Robin, your videos are very helpful to me. I am from India. I am finding techniques to solve sudoku without pencil marks like you did here.. I can solve but only upto medium difficulty. Can you tell me how to solve an extreme hard puzzle, probably with 17 or 18 digits, without any pencil marks and how to execute them step by step. Re the app I use. you get it by going to the app store on the computer .... type in sudoku and look for "enjoy Sudoku" by jason Linhart. Pay for the heart version as it is the best. Have fun. So can I pick up a triangle even when there are more than three cells filled? ie, just ignore any other number temporarily and just follow the three numbers that make up the triangle?

True. It would've been more insightful had Robin directly pointed out that R6C8 is seen by all three numbers, and is thus eliminated as a possible candidate for them, instead of indirectly showing it.

Mr Robin, your videos are very helpful to me. I am from India. I am finding techniques to solve sudoku without pencil marks like you did here.. I can solve but only upto medium difficulty. Can you tell me how to solve an extreme hard puzzle, probably with 17 or 18 digits, without any pencil marks and how to execute them step by step. Moreover, is there any easy way to find out the naked single without any pencil marks. Any suggestion of books to solve Sudoku without pencil marks? (Dipro Ghosh from India, a sudoku lover)
Dipro...good question I have found it very difficult to solve such a puzzles with so few given numbers. The time comes when you may have to put possible numbers in. I have to for some of the very difficult puzzles.
