Diageo inherited the thalidomide legacy following the creation of the company in 1997. Since then, we have supported the Thalidomide Trust and take our role very seriously; always trying to act responsibly.
Over the last decade, we have regularly increased our financial contribution to the Thalidomide Trust. Diageo has now provided over £100 million of funding and we have long term financial commitments in place.
We are proud of our partnership with the Thalidomide Trust and the contribution we have been able to make together, to the lives of those affected by thalidomide.
