This morning there was a major pileup on interstate 25 north bound after a 2018 Cherrier Vivace hit a semi parked on the side of the Interstate. 2 people were killed and 3 were transported to the hospital with severe injures. Later today: A blue 1985 Bruckell Legran Convertible Sport hit a Martino's supermarket Gavril T-Series. "Honestly. The scene reminded me of the 1994 Belasco interstate disaster." BCPD Major Dp said.

This doesn't just count for looking at your phone, looking away from the road even in your mirros or at your speedo for too long can be dangerous. You could glance down to check the dash and a deer could run out etc.

I always put my phone on DND, silent notifications, pause very distracting apps, and put it in the glovebox and never take it out when I arrive to my destination. Please don't text and drive people! Your first text can be your very last text and loss of life. One txt could end many lives!! CAUTION!

When Im texting and driving I hold the phone close to steering wheel so I can see on the road (and its just like "yeah wait 5 mins I be in home soon" and then I put it away). But If you driving and texting when your phone is near shifter (so you cant really look at the road that mutch) then its really bad.
