Wanted Blake to win at the time but I’ve been watching and listening to Jordan Sparks American idol performances and her music videos. Jordan Sparks is one of the better American Idol winners for me.
Kris Allen was great- but he got into a car accident and severely injured his hand and is unable to play guitar- which is essential with most of his music, it’s actually really sad 😞
That's because they keep awarding the white guys with guitars. Adam Lambert, David Archuleta, Crystal Bowersox, soooo many runner ups that should've been the winners
She ended winning just because they had to sing the same song, and it was a sappy slow song. It was very much in the style of sparks, but very very anti Blake. If Blake was able to sing a song in his forte, like sparks was able to, Blake would have won in a landslide
I don’t think so because all the ones who voted the Melinda girl in 3rd would have changed their votes to sparks.. it was a different audience then than it become in later years
Jordin was still a deserving winner. Blake was unique and had originality, but Jordin was the better singer. Plus I heard that Blake supposedly wasn’t nice to fans at the meet & greet on tour
She derserved it she was one of the most humble people I've seen. 🙌 Glad she won!
Blake was so gracious. I think he was truly just happy to step out of the way for her and give her that moment. We need more Blake in our lives.

Blake was one of those contestants who was in the bottom 2/3 for most of the top 12 but somehow survived even past better performers.
