I was reading an article yesterday on my news app that newer cars are breaking down more frequently than older models. Many people commented (and I agreed with 99% of them ) that the lack of quality is due to over-engineering. The manufactures are cramming so much technology that there's a greater chance of something going wrong. I like what a commenter said, "KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid"...Don't need all of that hi- tech crap in order to impress the X,Y & Z generation, just basics is sufficient to get you from point A-Z in a comfortable, safe & reliable fashion.
So I don't think you want abs to prevent skidding and you certainly don't want airbags to prevent your head from crashing into the steering wheel. And I surely don't think you want a radio or power steering, maybe you should saddle up your horse
A great video for you to make would be how to use the "Instrument Cluster and Driver Information Center (DIC) and Infotainment System, how to pair your phone. This car is not your 2023 dash.
I am the original owner of a 21 year old Grand Prix. My moon roof is used all the the. It's never leaked. I never had to put money into it either. Just the basics.
I have a 2021 Buick encore GX. The driver's seat squeaks and so does the brakes when you back up and press on them. I have seen service bulletins about the issue.
I was looking at these the other day and if I didn't already have a next to new vehicle I'd pop for one of these in AWD. They came out after my purchase.

Two local dealers gave up the Buick line they have taken on GMC in there place.I have a feeling Buick is going to be like Olds and Pontiac soon

The Chevy dealer ship in md was selling Buick and base model was front wheel no all wheel drive. The more expensive ones were all wheel and nicer.
