Hey guys! I have faced many problems while first service of my bike interceptor 650. And I didn't liked the way they responded to my phone calls.It's Ridiculous. They have no value for customer time and money.They Don’t pay attention and skip their part.And there are no proper dealers. It was my worst experience from RE. It’s been 1 month I got my interceptor 650 bs6. Heating has come down to 50% compared to before service. It’s been 4 years I’m servicing my bike at RE, till date I haven’t been able to get 90 min service😂😂

4 hours for one motorcycle is just too much. It really only takes 2 hours max. One should insist they deliver on that 90 mins promise. I got mine done in one and half hours when I went for the first service in Vijayawada. Engine oil, oil filter, chain cleaning and lubrication and finally water wash is all.. bill was around 2800.. anyways enjoy your Interceptor
