    I live in the dinosaurland of Utah. I had visited my daughter and my grandchildren back on Easter weekend of this year, and Deadwood was one of our stops. I'll have to take more time off from work and come visit again.

    The famous Lakota sioux Indian War leader crazy horse led his last raid party in the black hills April 1977. Before he surrendered at Fort Robinson Nebraska may 1877.

    Missing the Crazy Horse Monument, which is much better than Mount Rushmore with a lot more context and history!

      I’d say the crazy horse is not better than Rushmore it’s like a fraction of the way finished.

      Crazy Horse sucked. It looked the same as it did 45 years ago.

    I was actually born in Deadwood. My family helped build Deadwood. (1877) Deadwood today is a fake Hollywood version of the old west. Not much is real.
