Honestly, i've become kinda indifferent to the state of meta, nothing's changed for a long time 😔. what really hypes me up tho, are players like you and some others each with their unique builds, you guys beat the meta with style and sheer skills. watching you guys duke it out and came out victorious makes me wanna boot up the game again xD
Nothing in the meta has really changed due to the same offenders being either untouched or tapped with a mallet when they need a healthy smack with the sledge hammer of nerfing. Too many of the commentators or top ranked players like those builds so they say next to nothing about the blatant imbalance. I personally think the stun lock aspect of ACS overload needs to go. The "ACS system down" should only involve the increased damage that we see. Times need to be adjusted so that there is an obvious difference in length of ACS overload between heavies and lights. Right now, the time difference is too subtle. Just make it so that only certain (un-abusable) things can stun on hit. I also feel the huge influx of people coming out of FROM's souls games also alter the general opinion of the AC6 userbase. Where we previously had games that played at various ranges and rewarded unorthodox styles and builds as well as strategic play, the stagger mechanic has devolved much of the PvP gameplay into a CQC dominant, ACS overload race for one touch death or stagger loops like it's Street Fighter or something. A large part of our userbase thinks anything other than CQC isn't respectable.
Thanks :D I say go for it. The experimentation is the best part of this series imo. FASAN is great fun. That cross map shot is super useful if you can get the hang of making good judgement of you opponents movement.
@Swindle428 You basically want to start using your kicks as your left gun lol. It's a great way to keeping opponents from shooting at you. Primarily it's a matter of making something versatile that makes good use of your other tools during your downtime. Each weapon will have its own perks but generally you'll just want to have a setup that can deal damage at multiple ranges and capitalize on ACS overload wherever it happens.
New hardware? What's your specs! Also yeah, I got to A rank and got pretty unmotivated, everyone is just running meta builds, not much creativity. I think there's much more fun to be had in arranging custom matches.
I definitely agree. Occasionally you find a fun match but it's more or less the same thing every match. I upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5700x3D and a 3070 I've been using an i7-4790k and a 1070 Ti for quite sometime but I kept getting random freezing and static on my footage. New mobo and ram didn't help unfortunately. Had to overhaul and get gear from this century lol

Oh my god it’s a actually fun lightweight duel that inst just strafe for 2 min of boredom
A rare sight indeed 😂
That melee cancel into assault armor into bunker by the opponent in the rematch
Crazy stuff
Right?!
Love this build, I don't think it's meta either, so nice job!! 💪
bunker VS slicer
peak vs peak
Excellent build, man! I'm thinking of some stuff to put together myself to call my own. I may either go midweight biped or quad. FASAN is dope, too.

I love Rjs I need to see more of this AC
At 3.50 he was actually able to dodge the harris charge shot afther the kick by QB right under you to bypass the fcs, very cool move
So much going on lol
🤣
I feel like this build works great until you miss one hit
Pretty much 😂 One mistake spells death.
That LW is almost similar with my build but i swapped the back weapon with plasma missile and earshot, cool fight nonetheless
I wish I could improve on using a single rifle in main slot. Any tips it's quite the skill curve.
