Thank you for all of your videos, they are informative. I am trying to find out if there is a way to erase parts of shapes, drawing a snowman where the circles can blend instead of being 3 solid circles?
Hello I just came upon your tutorial and I found it to be very helpful for my needs. Now, I need to draw a report that includes shapes , like a rectangle wit a square at one end and add circles depicting anchoring holes for a construction estimate, Is there a way to do that in Word? I'm sure there is but I can't figure it out. Your help would be greatly appreciated
I want to add text to a free form shape created with DrawInsertFreeform. When I add text, the text goes outside the hand-drawn freeform shape and into the rectangle general shape. I'm on a desktop, MSWord 2016 resident on desktop - not MS 365. Thanks for your help.
Professor Can you show me how to draw more shapes inside and outside in & around an upside down “L” which depicts the size of Real Property with a forest of trees, wetlands (water) and sawmill. To include described opened road way and eminent domain?
Hi Omayma, Use SmartArt to do that. I show how in the video below using PowerPoint. It's basically the same thing in Word, so I hope it helps: ruclips.net/video/d1pbaaUZrPE/видео.html
Hi Kent, If you're using Office 2016, it's not included. I'd recommend using Office 365 or going to OneDrive.com and logging in to your Microsoft account. Once logged in you can click New and click PowerPoint. The online version of PowerPoint Online should have the draw tab in it. I hope this helps you, thanks for watching!
How do I draw whatever I want? Freehand with the mouse? Like basically scribble? Why does Word make it so impossible to do something so simple??? I'm on Office 365/iMac.
Hi Farfy, Click the Shapes button in Word like was shown in this video. The shape you're looking for is called Freeform: Scribble and it's usually the last option in the Lines category. I hope this helps you out.
Thank you!!!! You are the first person who actually showed me how to use and where the drawing tools are located.
Seriously- you are a master teacher!
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
Fantastic! Just what I need to complete my thesis. Thank you.
Thank you. VERY clear and easy to follow. Great video
