Great vid again I'm gonna add this on my game thanks again coach tony do another vid to how to create space when driving hard to the rim thanks again coach tony👌👍🏻
love all these vids, I've watched the 5 post moves several times and practiced. it.Now this will be the next video I work on in the gym. Thanks for posting guys. keep.up the great work.
I always play against my friend who has a good 3 inches on me and a way longer wingspan and its hard to layup on him especially cause no one screens in our games so these moves will definately help me create space and score
it's good that you're playing people taller than you so you can just get better overall. In my school there is not many people taller than me who want to play basketball they mostly play football.
Question. I'm 5'3 (13 y/o) I'm not that great when it comes to shooting, pretty decent at it, but I specialize in lay-ups, what's a good position for me?
+TheCraftmachine I suggest you play PG. You're young and learning how to play PG can help you play other positions but going from a SG or SF to a PG is really hard.
Hey i am 13 years old and i'm 5"4. I'm good at stealing and i'm not really good at shooting and layups. I'm a little bit good at dribbling but i want to be better. Could you please give me some drills? Thank you.
+ForceBasketball A lot of people talk about the sweep and sway. But here at Pro Training, we try not to over complicate shooting or any skill at that. We try to keep it as simple as possible because sometimes too much "instruction" isn't always beneficial. It's just a preference thing. haha
+pro training basketball sir I just wanna ask, I am not a lefty but I always use my left hand when I shoots the ball and I'm used into it. The problem is, I'm having trouble when I makes long shots. What should I do?

Great vid again I'm gonna add this on my game thanks again coach tony do another vid to how to create space when driving hard to the rim thanks again coach tony👌👍🏻
+Nathaniel Gaces Ok we'll add it to the list of videos to do.
Your one handed pull up is pretty good, In high school if you hit me with that you could've easily gotten a nice look with slight contest
I was at the cardinal Ohara camp a month or so ago, cool to see the same tips to refresh them
Great detailed video dude!
One dribb pullups is by far my fav and the most OP (imo)
My trainer tells me to keep my dribble low tho, i feel like i could easily steal that on your dribble pull up
thanks that's good moves
love all these vids, I've watched the 5 post moves several times and practiced. it.Now this will be the next video I work on in the gym. Thanks for posting guys. keep.up the great work.

Nice vid! Very helpful and great explanations.
I always play against my friend who has a good 3 inches on me and a way longer wingspan and its hard to layup on him especially cause no one screens in our games so these moves will definately help me create space and score

Great video.
Question. I'm 5'3 (13 y/o) I'm not that great when it comes to shooting, pretty decent at it, but I specialize in lay-ups, what's a good position for me?
Shooting Guard.
+TheCraftmachine I suggest you play PG. You're young and learning how to play PG can help you play other positions but going from a SG or SF to a PG is really hard.
Thanks! But I usually go PG when I play.
WATER BOY!
Point guard man
Insane how at @2:40 he mentioned 4 “elite scorers”, and they are all on the same team now besides bron... 😳
Woooooooahh
this guy is the best
Hey i am 13 years old and i'm 5"4. I'm good at stealing and i'm not really good at shooting and layups. I'm a little bit good at dribbling but i want to be better. Could you please give me some drills? Thank you.
ey bro Im curious if the hesi pull up is a travel because you move your pivot foot after you already got set up?
Simon Wilbar depends on ur ref
great video man
I personally believe that you should not jump straight up and down on your shot, but sweep and sway instead.
+ForceBasketball A lot of people talk about the sweep and sway. But here at Pro Training, we try not to over complicate shooting or any skill at that. We try to keep it as simple as possible because sometimes too much "instruction" isn't always beneficial. It's just a preference thing. haha
+Pro Training Basketball sweep and sway is very good and if you watch carefully even you were doing it. It releases tension and gives you better arc.
+ForceBasketball you have a sweep and sway
+Pro Training Basketball sweep and sway is ABSOLUTELY important.
how to sweep and sway?
can i do first move in Europe without being travel?
yes
Dribble before you put down your foot
coach teach me how your feet fold while dribbling ..
im a leftyy too
FudgeIsIcy me too
Thanks Dude
+Mr. Handsome You're welcome
Man I'm loving your videos really, but I think it would be a LOT more easier to understand the drills if you put the camera facing your back
+pro training basketball sir I just wanna ask, I am not a lefty but I always use my left hand when I shoots the ball and I'm used into it. The problem is, I'm having trouble when I makes long shots. What should I do?
Don't shoot long shots
Or maybe just pratice on it. Everything takes pratice to
+Rio Schafer try jumping when u shot also make your triceps stronger it's Wat helps u shot easy
Don't skip leg day.
Hi, its my 3th video watching :-) Im from Dominican Republic , But im living right now in Italy, But here in the town than i live nobodys like to play Basketball :c, and.... i am always alone in a basketball room.. :c... I'm not left handed but it looks cool
BinTeezn68 it works either side
What if the den fender is quick
If you don't know who Coach Carl is, he is a coach that coached the best players in the nba and I met him.
Sir ! in my country your moves like... 1st step the foot before dribble called here as traveling!
+john koroko yo I was thinking the same thing...it's ok to bounce, but the feet have to remain in contact with the court
Then, watch videos made with your rules
+Wrestling And Basketball Thank you
In reverse on the second one look like he doin da all in lol
Left handed!! Just like me by the way I'm from Egypt
ima good shooter for my age, but I dont have handles, so I want to get space since I can shoot with my good form, but cant shoot fades because my form breaks
He sounds like steph curry
Scott Charlebois right
Dude I'm 12 years old and I'm shooting guard can you help me how to be a pro shooter
+Mr. Handsome Hey bro, we have the perfect workout coming out for you tonight at Midnight (5/1/16) that'll help you become a pro shooter: profectyourgame.com/position-workouts/
Do you live in Buffalo Tony?
I bet i'd get called for travels all day if I do a euro/pro-hop.
I mean the second to last
How is that hesitation pull up not a travel?
What do you mean
You traveled on the 4th move the hesitation pull up
Dam
1 Dribbles Pull Up
The Step Back
Between the legs Step back
Hesitation Pull Up
Pull Back Series
Speed up and get some stuff done
he didnt even even look at the rim for the hesitation
Number 4 is travel
Really really need everyone to poo philosophic
Won't the last one be a travel
what if your still horrible at this
+Mehkai Francis Gotta keep practicing the moves you want to add to your game and watch the additional video on those moves too......www.PROfectYourGame.com
Keep grindin' 🔥
Im left handed xd
Good tips but travels every time. He hops off both feet before he starts the dribble.
Those all moves in Poland are unfortunately travels :(
If done correctly, they aren't. He traveled a bit in the video.
+ForceBasketball still, you can't make step before dribble, they look for that everytime unless they're retarded :D
+Crits19 not even a jab step???
well ofcourse you can make jab step if you don't move your "standing" feet, Europe and America rules are different if we're talking about first step :P
Scottie Pippen > Tracy McGrady
Nice b8
wouldnt the step-back be travelling???
Aakash Gupta no
Aakash Gupta then why is the nba players do step back then
u don't suppose to jump straight up and down look at the sweep and sway on pro shot shooting system channel
I don't understand how he's not in the nba
Too short. It's also really hard
Stephen curry is a horrible example for creating space for a jump shot
