    I personally believe that you should not jump straight up and down on your shot, but sweep and sway instead.

    • @profectyourgame
      @profectyourgame  9 лет назад +15

      +ForceBasketball A lot of people talk about the sweep and sway. But here at Pro Training, we try not to over complicate shooting or any skill at that. We try to keep it as simple as possible because sometimes too much "instruction" isn't always beneficial. It's just a preference thing. haha

    • @HamMarcus
      @HamMarcus 8 лет назад

      +Pro Training Basketball sweep and sway is very good and if you watch carefully even you were doing it. It releases tension and gives you better arc.

    • @chefcurry8983
      @chefcurry8983 8 лет назад

      +ForceBasketball you have a sweep and sway
