The "This is the life, now act or die" shot to Stede fighting off the british... I got goosebumps. You've captured the soul of the show so well. This innate sense of found family and most of all belonging. I don't know how you did it but you did.

Here I am, back again with my long comments but omgggggg!!! YOU DID AGAIN!!!! I've seen this multiple times during the last couple of days and I'm a crying mess every single time!!! The video is such a tribute to this season but to this whole show in general, it makes you truly think about how great this is and how fortunate we are to have it but omfffggggg!!!! THE THING YOU DID WITH THE AUDIO!!!!??!! YOU'VE MANAGED TO MAKE IT SOUND AS IF THEY WERE SAYING THEIR VOWS AT THEIR OWN ACTUAL WEDDING OFFICIATED BY WEE JOHN!!!?!?!? AND THEN EDITED A DAMN MONTAGE OF THEM KISSING AND DECLARING THEIR LOVE TO EACH OTHER OVER IT!!?!? MY JUST HEART CAN'T TAKE IT OK!?!? 😭❤😭❤😭!!!!! You're a damn genius!!! The bit with the kiss on the beach with the 'you came back' and then the other kiss with the mirroring of Ed during the 'act of grace' scene taking the blind fold off of stede's eyes with wee john saying 'do you vow to protect each other'....*stares into the void * i'm in pain

The way you've put Izzy's words it this makes them hit even harder, my goddddd!!! I'm sorry, this comment it's just me screaming at you but this is sooo goood! could not agree more with being so, so, so grateful to have this show and i'm so touched this video evokes that as well. making it was bittersweet because, as happy as i was to use this beautiful new content (the letter!! the i love you!!! the wedding and ed's literal 👀 at stede!!!!!!!) i also knew it would be the last time in a while and i miss it already 🥺

though i understand it's a different experience for everyone depending on a multitude of factors. i'll always recommend headphones if people have them as i use them for editing and it usually dissociates the dialogue and song tracks pretty clearly.
