I wish they removed the 3 target limit on Rafaela's 1st skill. Its only purpose is to be annoying when there are minions/creeps near the enemies. Clearing waves is also annoying since there are 4 minions per wave now.
Oooh what if like the dmg depends on how many target it hits, the more target, it deal less dmg, for example the original dmg deal 140% when there's only 1 target but each time there's extra target the dmg reduce by 10% scaling, 140%~90%(max 6)

This is the reason why heroes like alpha are very popular pick in pro scene and heroes like alucard who is better than alpha in terms of dmg and mobility still not good. Coz alucard has to reach the backline but alphaa straight up murders the frontline.

Hp based damage shouldn't be a thing

Kalea isn't that nice. They only use her CC only. She can heal? How does she heal? From passive? No one is gonna use her passive. Why? Because it's hard to stay in her water zone. Plus the heal ain't gonna heal you when you are already half HP, all the heals give to MM, Mage or Assassin until their health is full and then you can heal yourself. Tanky? Not even tanky. Why? Moonton is not gonna buff tanks instead of buffing DPS heroes. And also the item has tank killer, that's why less players play tank. Playing her as a fighter is absolutely weak. Her skill set is good CC but dmg is weak. If you are going to teamfight. Basically you die 1st before you can activate your passive. I know she's still in beta and not complete. That's my honest review that I tested multiple times at classic.
Just make leamord ult like Roger and sele ult, a morped skills afterall he is really reliant on his ult without it he is pretty much vulnerable an useless in a fight
