All the negative comments seem to be from Uber and Ola drivers whose business is getting heavily affected by Chigari.
What a fantastic BRT project. Perhaps the first and only true BRT in India. H-D is one of the best twin cities in India and the growth of flights from HBX airport only shows that this area is going to the next level.
    Kudos!

While traveling back to Pune from Hampi trip, I saw this BRT in Hubli & just got curious to compare it with Pune’s BRT which is a BIG failure! And when I searched enough on internet about this Hubli Dharvad BRT, it seems successful and thoughtfully planned!! This is what our next gen civilisation needs.. Great work 👍🏼

I am a Punekar and after seeing Hubli and Ahmedabad BRT, the Pune service is miserable in comparison. Although we are having more electric buses and PMPML service is improving, the Pune BRT is a joke. Kudos to Karnataka govt. for BMTC and BRT 👍

It's not failed in Gujarat... Ahmedabad has huge network of BRTS..Surat BRTS is also big network...Rajkot has small 11 km BRTS..but is widely used. BRTS in Gujarat is a big success.

I've heard that It's already in plans, but there won't be an Independent corridor on Gokul road. As the Road will get very Congested if that's done. About 7or more stops maybe made on the Pavement side and that's how it will run on Gokul road...
And another 5km stretch in Dharwad...

    2. Use the feeder transport system like share autos or taxis and cut down the number of stops so that buses could cut down travel time
