Theres no agenda against him. Performances and stats are against him. He ducks out of 50-50 tackles, right or wrong? He doesnt sprint back when we are out of possession, right or wrong? He doesnt take part in the games he plays, he just waits for the ball to come to him, and only then does he think what to do, he closes his eyes before every header, he misses easy chances and the main reason hes poor this year, is cos opposition teams know to play a low block. He hasnt go the footballing IQ in tight games. He plays well against teams who let him run in behind, as his main attribute is PACE. Nothing else. Alice you are totally off with Rashford when other players were unfairly criticized it wasn’t a problem. He hasn’t been good enough and absolutely needs to be criticized. He’s been total RUBBISH this season lazy and doesn’t seem too care about the club.
The more Rashford does these public responses the more i feel like he just doesn't have the mentality for us / MUFC. Though most of us have known that for a while anyway. Just like when he did that last public interview the problem is Rashy is conflating legitimate criticism with abuse. 95% of what he is referring to is legitimate criticism about his form and behavior. Thats top level sport , if you don't perform you get the criticism and he's been shockingly bad this season. Comparing to Maguire , the same issue , you know why Maguire got the criticism ? because he played absolutely awful for years. Maguire similarly had friends and family defend him in the media and he had his big off-the-pitch scandal with Greece as well.
With Rashford the vast majority are legitimate criticisms , which he tries to twist into abuse. Personal attacks or abuse there is no place for that but it is overwhelmingly legitimate criticisms about Marcus. Mostly about his horrendous form , terrible body language, attitude / behavior and off-the-pitch scandals. Thats all fair game and nothing new. Before it was social media it was the papers, at the ground and the pubs. Sir Alex dealt with it as did his squads. Thats part of it , and if he can't handle it even more so highlights the need to remove him. No place for genuine abuse but Rashford seems to always be trying to twist fair game criticisms and label them as abuse.
Your correct it's true criticism,of how he's just knot performing and behaviour of field. It's knot bullying or picking on him,he's a senior player and member of the team,what's been said about him is only the truth. What does he expect,when he walks around the field during a game,he's knot a kid.

@@davidbell7094 I agree , i have always said fans and the like valuing him at such (100 million) were dreaming. 60 / 65 million of pure profit i'd take in an instant and even that will not be many takers even at that fee. Especially considering his massive wages coupled with his poor form , attitude / behavior , off-the-pitch antics etc.
Alice enough with this 100 million for Rashford , it just sounds delusional at this point. No club in their right mind would pay anywhere near that , nor is he worth that with basically one genuinely impressive season that none of his other seasons come close to matching. And he will probably never replicate that again in the PL. I do think you are going to look back and feel foolish with how much you keep defending and backing Rashford. His form and behavior is absolutely awful which is the focus of most of the VALID criticisms.

I am a massive critic of Rashford but only after the end of the 19/20 season. Once Martial starting getting injured and his perform headed into a blackhole, Rashford changed. He became selfish and took into upon himself to win matches single handedly. I know he had a good season 22/23 and if it weren't for his goals, we would arguably had less success but even last season, the amount of low XG shots he took instead of passing to a better placed teammate, was considerable. For a winger, his assist stats must be one of the worst in the league.
Rashford is in the top 10 best paid players in the UK. Is he even the top 30 best player in the Premier League this season? It speaks volumes that even considering his high wage demands, nobody wants him. Rashford has another 4 seasons of being our top earner, I will bet that he will very happily stay and see his contract out because he cannot make bank anywhere else.
Despite all this, I don't actually spend too much of my time complaining about Rashford. I get much more frustrated with the managers that put him on the pitch, at the expense of more effective players and to the detriment of the team, which leads me to believe that, Rashford gets picked because of contractual terms. After all, this is a team game and Rashford rarely looks like he is playing for anyone other than himself.

I remember seeing Rashford at Leigh Sports Village playing for the U21's and remember how much promise he showed during that time, and his first game against Arsenal at home during the 2015/16 season how he has fallen by the wayside since has been sobering to witness, and how the decline of this club has impacted on him psychologically.

Dear Rashford enough is enough, start performing on pitch and stop performing on Social media.. we have given him enough time to perform. He is with us from 7-8 years, in how many years his performance is above average? Hardly 2-3. Which is very awful for any big club like United and still we are expecting him to perform.
