Being very aware of my heart vibrations and coherence, throughout the day, when facing chaotic traumatised people within my working day, my now daily experiences are more balanced and fluid like. I think people are fearing death because they really fear being separated from life and loved ones.Maybe this is really a remembrance that we are one. We are love. To even think the thought of losing my children terrifies me... the pandemic has brought that and so many other “separation anxieties” up for me that I have had to release. It has not been easy facing these dark shadows but I realize now my fear of death stems from the fear of separation... when really we cannot be separated from source. We forget the truth because of what we have been taught... or the lack of. How I wish I can engage in more of these conversations in real life 💖 it feeds my soul. thank you 😊

She put words to my experience and it was so nice to hear what my heart has been showing me this year. It was also wonderful to hear her express how the experiences are not always done in a pretty or honestly consistent fashion for myself. 🤔YES, this is also my essence. I hear the authentic expression of your journey. I absolutely feel your perspectives discuss today. No one's perspectives are wrong. Some may JUST simply be limited in their view. Thank you for your voice. It has given me confidence to accept myself and my daily journey. Sometimes I feel like my journey veers many times through endless winding pathways, but each has been so valuable. I have routinely struggled with myself for what I felt was lack of motivation or focus, but honestly the JOURNEY is my purpose. Getting up consciously working through personal truths and illusions IS a very noble purpose. My journey my purpose makes a difference one connection at a time. We are positively new frontiers. I have had this analogy for the past year, very Much like the first explorers in a new world. We are in a new world. It is good for us to walk ahead one step one observation one breath at a time. Simplicity and authenticity is my focus. This IS enough for me to have as a goal. Today after listening to you I able to actually accept and voice this out loud.

Too bad it’s always the codependant that has to change, and heal. Narcissists have no desire to change, or understand another perspective. This renders the “both are equally problematic” is bs. It is an enabling of abuse. Usually done by those who cannot face their own fear of the narcissists running the planet. I see their soul, but I also see the damage their behaviour causes, as well as the re-traumatising projections from the culture that valorises and fears bullies.
"I have interest in cleaning up the war within myself." That insight alone could help so many people. It helped me. Thank you for this interview.
