Here is a small video to help my fellow nexon owners to fix their AC vent knob instead of changing them. Fix is a permanent solution and it wont break anymore.
@@iamMohitMalik It was just burnt out contact for blower resistor ....I have just now replaced the contact(thimble) ....cleaned resistor contact....now blower works ....Thanks again
Cheap quality product. When you close the went completly by moving it to side then it lock and when you try to open it then it breaks. Do this and it will never break.
Video at 5:34min, you don't need to push the fence...... Then entire fence both horizontal and vertical comes out as one part. See that structure carefully. I did it in my nexon.
My Air blower knob works at max speed only and I was looking for a tutorial to pry those plastics open without breaking. Thanks for your video.

This is a common problem in Nexons. Tata uses cheap, brittle plastics in the interior.

Yes you are right. I dont know why mine was not coming out that time.

Nahi bhai koi problem nahi. Bhot chilled rehta h. Log car k aagey pani mar k saaf nahi krte h. Thik se rakhe to brand new rehti h car.
