Nah, I’ve tried placing walls by hand and they don’t seem to stack. Also, you can edit the source file to fake multiple levels, but the characters don’t interact well with those levels
There's no AI support for multi level building but for some time, it's been possible to do it by hand using the assortment of tools and objects available in Dungeon Alchemist.

Follow the link in the description (click the 3 dots at the top right of vid) and subscribe to the map. The next time you load up Dungeon Alchemist it will be added under the Steam Workshop tab in the subbed maps section. You can then edit the map or export it to your preferred format.
