Let me explain something to some of you, when a coach cussing or in your face like that, it means they see something in you and they know that you can do it. They're not hurting you, they want you to let it out and show you got it. Trust me it was done to me in the band, valley ball team, gym and step team. Trust me I got the very samething like this and it made me stronger and made me a captain and a leader at the very same time. So don't take it personally at all, I love these coaches like they were my own mother, sister and brother.

I KNOW THATS RIGHT! Ive cheered my whole life with coaches cussing at me, and guess what it made me STRONGER it made me work harder. You have to give 150% EVERY SINGLE TIME ! They’re talking to y’all like that out of love. GET IT TOGETHER GIRLS. They’re giving you a chance. Take it, because where I’m from. You wouldn’t be getting that.

You remind me of myself when I was younger before getting into activities. I've been observing you more than the other girls just because you mirrored my younger self and I see that you were coming out of your shell on the benches in the last video. I call this my fav drill / track team lol. They did look a mess this video. But it also look like it's hotter than hot. At the end of the day these are kids. I'm sure they'll get better once the temperatures cool off. It's hard to think in heat. Maybe get a gym or somewhere with a little shade.

The cheer is called ‘Pump it Up’ yet some of them look like they’re cheering so softly like they’re in a library… feel the words you speak, put motion and expressions behind them!

I’m convinced some of the young ladies paid money to just stand in the hot sun and sock up the heat, because they were not doing the motions or even trying to learn the cheer.
I’ve been watching for a while and never seen them look like this. Laila need to realize she was just like them not long ago (while she cussing 🤣) and maybe the older ones can help the newer ones more independently. The cussing isn’t bad but it’s not working. Maybe let the slackers stand back and watch the others go hard all practice. Do they watch themselves?? Are they giving it their all and it’s just not good enough. I hardly see improvement even after getting cussed out, after running or anything. It’s like they don’t care until it’s too late then they crying.
They’re a team . And I know they have whatever they call it cheer buddies. If you need help. ASK! It’s not that hard and why stand back and let the others go hard. That’s not helping them. They gonna be in the same boat from doing that and they will be more lazy.
Also I was a cheer coach for 8 years. So I know how y’all feel! Deep breath’s coaches !

yall need to do privates, whether it be with the leaders and their partner, or have them send yall videos every night of the material until they get it right, or something idk, ik yall have a lot of beginners, but wow, its like some of them dont care
My cheer couch was nice asl and when we messed up she simply told us without yelling we got it right and won every competition.. its literary how you teach lol..

Yea at this point their needs to be some cuts. You want people there that are trying to grow to become a better cheerleader and actually putting in the work in. I’m not gong to pin point who, but each episode it’s the same two people in my opinion not progressing or showing any effort and it’s not fair to the rest of the team. Let those who are not here for the right reasons take time to really think if they want it and come back next season. Everyone else, you ladies are doing great!!! Coaches keep doing what your doing, y’all are awesome. And to those who are not familiar with cheerleading, injuries are quite normal and the frustration/cussing coming from coaches is normal as well. Trust me the cussing that I experienced when I cheered made us better as a team and we knew it was all love.
Thoses were 2 episodes.. Not everybody can learn what other learn as soon as they learn it ..

THIS is the coming to jesus moment they needed. THIS is the tough love they needed. they aren’t babies, these are young girls who know how to do the motions when they really want to. and y’all need to understand that these coaches KNOW THEM. we see nothing but 27 minutes of a probably 6 hour practice. YES, the conditions could be better but i’m sure if they could get inside of a gym, they probably would. but it’s called ‘Hell Week’ for a reason. i’ve never encountered a hell week that i’ve personally enjoyed.

Some of y’all in the comments taking about how the coaches is cussing at these “kids” but these “ kids “ probably be cussing more the then coach’s be doing 🤣. The coaches was speaking straight facts ! I’ve been watching since season 1 and me just watching this video y’all look a hot a** mess. Some of y’all aren’t showing that you really want it and that’s unacceptable because y’all are a TEAM . One bad apple will spoil the bunch.

When she put the girls on the chopped pile. She read my mind about the girl on the left with the glasses. I have seen a couple of videos and i hate to say it but she sticks out like a sore thumb. She reminded me of myself, awkward and shy, but I shake what my momma gave me. But to see that kind of personality during practice and looking like she doesn't know the motions. I think she is not practicing hard enough. Everyday she and some of these girls should show the coaches what moves they got and moves they do not have. Because its hard watching just some of the girls smiling and shaking it. And having my eyes dart right over to her. Cant wait to see if they finally got it.
Move the ones that don't know the cheers or dance to the back. Maybe have a A squad and a B squad. Haven't seen them do this bad in a long time.
They probably have them in the front so they can learn without having to watch someone
They’re not smiling? They’re not having fun? It appears to be 120 degrees outside. They’re getting yelled at all the time. Some of the girls are doing great! Where’s the credit for those girls? This should be fun sometimes. The new girls need more practice. I wouldn’t appreciate if my daughter was on this team getting cussed out like that. That wouldn’t go over well with me. Refund please! Dropping the F bomb… There must be a better way. I believe in hard work and discipline but this is something else. These kids are 3 shades darker than they were in the winter. Can I get some AC please? Indoor gym? Some credit for things that are going well! While the other kids that are enjoying long vacations get off easy. Come back all refreshed while these girls are sitting in the ER.

Totally agree with you. And sometimes I feel like they intentionally put them in the sun because every time I look there’s shade around. And yes you could be tough and say what you need to say but the cursing was unnecessary and did little to no help.

I am completely agreed with you. That’s exactly how I feel same thing. My mind was like, There is something wrong with her. She need to express all of her feelings because she doesn’t need holding her feelings like that. She needs release her feelings to open her heart to be light to make her feelings a lot better than nothing is that.

JCE isn’t a fun to watch anymore… all the coaches do is yell and scream at the girls and it’s starting to make their videos very depressing and make you feel bad for watching them.

Coaches will only yell if they see potential in you I was a cheerleader since I was 6 years and ended in college I was a captain my entire the time in highschool and I got yelled at worse than this
If you have never been on a team like this you will never understand how frustrating it is when you have to constantly ask people to go full out

I’ve never seen any of coach T squads (including JCE) look like this Ever! I’m really shocked and a bit disappointed. I guess it’s a first for everything, but everything looks a mess. It’s still the beginning of the season so hopefully a big change will come after hell week because right now it’s giving ctrl, alt and delete (2x’s).
Why are you drilling these poor kids in such heat? I mean yes conditioning but hell and heat exhaustion is not a priority right?

i loveeee this style of coaching , the grit and love behind them curse words gone be well worth it , start chopping them its taking too much work to make them catch on to them cheers and dances , the people that really want it working hard for it , a lot of them really want it but some of them kill me dead doing the same stuff over and over again

I think that's the main reason why these cheerleaders are frustrated and aggregated because of their coaches. Their tooo extreme on them , and then one falls down with a broken bone.
At this point JCE videos are them just beating down on these kids. It’s giving negative vibes constantly. Tuff love is important, but it is also important to build them up. I can’t think of an episode that wasn’t all negative. This isn’t enjoyable to watch anymore. Imagine your coach being one of your first bullies.

I agree. The coaches making side comments and laughing at some of the girls is not ok. And they should cool down on the language. Tough love doesn’t have to be that tough

Also, in comparison to the previous seasons and now, it seems like you guys did a lot more team building and bonding. Like seasons 1 and 2, the girls seem closer and have a bond. There was a sister bond. I don't see that this season. This season it looks like a team full of frustration. Everyone is annoyed, including the girls on the team. Maybe implement more team bonding to loosen up some of the struggling girls. Hopefully, as the conditioning, practice, and the girls getting to know each other, they might cheer better and feel more comfortable with the team

Good message but the cursing was unnecessary. And it’s hot you loose more energy from the heat. They do look sloppy and I do think some cuts should be made. It’s hurtful when the ones who are trying their hardest have to keep dealing with other peoples actions. Should check out Awesomeness Cheerleaders for some tips.
they know the ones who don’t got it and are not putting in the effort so why not sit them down instead of making everybody run and get disciplined for it. being someone who’s cheered before I’ve definitely walked out plenty of practices because I’m not about to get in trouble for someone else’s shortcomings. yeah give them slack once or twice and help them but after that sit them out

It’s only a few on the team that ACTUALLY want to be there and is working. The same few from last season. Let them go one at a time every cheer and motion and score each individual person like a competition. And give it to them, let them know they have until a certain time to make the necessary corrections or they are put on the sidelines. Just a suggestion. The girls are better then what they are showing. Some of them don’t want it bad enough and they need to go find another hobby. .
At this point if they don’t wanna be there then they need to let that been known cause it’s really stressing out these coaches they don’t have to be there helping but they choose to be there so y’all can get out more and explore but y’all will never get there if you don’t pull in the effort simple as that

If you wanna be on the team then act like it. If you don't then just quit. At this I'm absolutely disappointed in all of you, I know some of yall are good but yall are a team. It's sport, get over it... I had my moments of hell week when I did sport in high school. It only builds up their stamina for competition. How are they supposed to deliver full out 3-5 minute routines if they can't do basic exercises?

I have been watching for a very long time and the way the girls are looking they are looking like its the first day the ones who are not getting it together need to hurry up and get it together. One of the girls where acting like they don't want to stump and do the cheer right but all the other girls did great and everyone needs to give there 100% at practice and free time.

I Think phoebe has a lot of potential (I think that’s her name. She wears sun shades in every video.) but at this point she’s starting to trigger me. There’s no reason why she doesn’t know the material. She constantly looks around at what everybody else is doing instead of focusing on what she needs to be doing. Sometimes I wonder why she even joined if she wasn’t at least going to try to give it her all. She can do way better than she does. And she plays a role in why they all look a mess. (I’m aware that other girls are too but this is about phoebe.) Maybe phoebe’s confidence isn’t that high but she should’ve gotten that right before joining a sport that requires high confidence like cheerleading. It’s starting to annoy me. I still have so much faith in her I just hope she starts to as well.
