Turning a hundred dollars into a thousand dollars is harder than turning 3k into 6k got me thinking. It's all about percentages not about the dollar amount. Interestingly, the NY session the Tokyo session to the London session will take a toll on you mentally and physically if you do not get proper sleep. I know I've been trying to do it. Sleep is more important then diet. Every time something happens where my sleep is interrupted and I wake up tired, I lose trades that I wouldn’t have lost if I wasn’t tired.
