When a system/application "over-prompts" people generally become blind to it. I have created a number of "helpful features" that users totally ignored. In my case, I am certain it is because it is a bit too much "in your face" for the users and they ended up simply ignoring it. I know for a fact that there is a lot of fluff that appears on my phone, in Outlook, in Windows and other places that I ignore and if asked about, wouldn't even be able to describe. There are limits to how something can be useful or helpful, and instead becomes annoying and/or ignored.
When all you need from your OS is for it to run quietly in the background, while leaving as many resources as possible for your applications. Maybe it's time to deprecate Microsoft.
I see it all the time on my work computer, I regularly use it because I work IT desktop support, I always copy the listed contact number and that feature allows me to directly dial the number with my Cisco WebEx software phone !!!! 😢😢😢😢😢
Seems like a minor annoyance, but glad to see it go. I'd usually be pasting phone numbers and dates into a text file or website, not apps suggested by microsoft.
I won't miss it. All it does for me is get in the way of the normal menu. It is useful if it detected correctly of it I can control what it suggests and when, but as is it only gets in the way.

Why Microsoft is not putting feature on making taskbar smaller ?

They can't help themselves. If something works well, they feel compelled to go change it
Never seen it
Whatever you don't miss, you don't need.
Maybe M$ could take note of that the next time it tries to churn out another useless app.
I never noticed that...

Reminds me of that useless Unrecognized file extension.. use a web service dialog in windows 7
I've never had it on my PC.
Wouldn't miss windows 11 period.
Another waste of time creating features that is short-lived 🗿
