Welcome back to another day in the life of a PhD student!!! Here, I take you through a day in the life as an intern. My internship life is honestly pretty mundane but here we are. After work, I usually stretch, go on a walk, and try to get some more work done. BUUUUT in this vlog, Elissa and I actually go to Central Park in Schenectady!

i love country music too! i feel like its great music to blast in the summer haha. so nice coming home for homecooked meals! i would do the same if i could haha. and also good that your roommate cooks! she does everything, cook, tour guide, chauffeur, photographer, project manager, and probably even more!

I’m currently in the process of whitening my teeth too. I use the crest strip professional whitening kit but I’ve heard about the baking soda + toothbrush trick! Love a good home remedy. So sweet that your mom meal preps for you. Whenever I come home my mom gives me SO much food too lol. The rose garden is so pretty 😍
The banter between you and Elissa is 😂😂 but having a good roommate is such a mood booster especially with how busy work can get. Glad that you guys got to explore the area and also have a lot of fun moments of conversation too LOL definitely do some more vlogs together!

You can get Crest White Strips really cheap on ebay-- people often sell them in the individually wrapped pouches. Nice to see your friend in this vlog!
You can get custom whitening trays made by your dentist. That'll allow you to use more effective carbamide peroxide gel for teeth whitening. Using gel rather than strips also provides better surface coverage (e.g. ensuring the whitening reaches the inner corners of your teeth, rather than just the frontal surface getting whitened).

I also brush my teeth with baking soda! I use normal toothpaste maybe once every 2 months! :) I prefer baking soda! Oh now i'm in mood for tortellini! :) We have amazing ones here in Tuscany, straight from the source! excited about central park :) You are so cute! stunning flowers, love places like that! Turmeric mixed into a paste with bicarb ( though messy - use a different toothbrush as it stains) but is great for teeth whitening.. Also pure charcoal powder! Again messy!

I'm self conscious about my teeth as well I know there's a bunch of natural teeth whiteners, baking soda, coconut oil, etc!
i remember that story! hahaha i’m glad you know how to boil them now! it’s raining in arizona!! and i’m happy!! it’s actually nice outside!! a half hour to get to work omg that’s so long!! “i knew you were home” hahaha awww yess we love country music!! im a good driver but i hate gps too i take the wrong turns too!! my boyfriend would give me a location and i follow the gps and im like well i missed my turn and he would be like howwww im like well idk it doesn’t say get off rn🤣🤣 i love the roses how cute!! i want a disney wedding..🤣🤣

That baking soda on your teeth--i dnt think u should do it everyday. At least once or twice a week will do. It can actually weakens your teeth or make it brittle. Something like that.
