When it comes to this point. Why not just build a plane you can fit in lol.

@@warbirdachim hey I’m curious if it would be cheaper to buy a small scrap jet or plane and make it a rc instead of building one from
Ground up. I’d think practically everything is same except for load made for carrying people. So a real plane would handle more g anyway.

Can it go vertical in flight ?

    Это самолёт класса Л - 39?

      No, I think it's smaller than a L39.

A 1.85m ducted fan ad? I want to laugh as this is a hot space with a ton of great options. But only one shows up as a RUclips ad in my feed. It worked, interested.
    Will it go vertical?
Anything will go vertical, even a Cessan 150. The question is, starting at what speed, and for how long?
This will 'kinda' go vertical. My money is < 1:1 thrust to weight. It is a ducted fan in a 'big (ish)' plane after all.
That is why I don't own one, tho interested.
I fly planes with 5:1 to 10:1 thrust to weight. They accelerate straight up faster than any actual fighter jet known to man. Or woman. Or cisfender or whatever. I can't keep track these days. Anyway, the F-22 is a snail. And yes, it is as fun as it sounds. If you doubt, check my channel.
