He is literally indestructible, he has enough strenght to take a city on his shoulders like nothing and he's fast enough to make a 360 around in literal 2 seconds. Besides, Tai Lung is made of flesh and bones, not indestructible sci-fi high-tech materials.

Even if you applied the „he‘s literally death, so he‘ll always win“ logic to him, Astro by technicality isn‘t even alive in the first place, so he can’t be killed. Meanwhile Astro can spin fast enough to create small tornados, that’d require speeds of at least Mach 1. in terms of flying speed he’s fast enough to close in multiple kilometers within seconds, that‘d at least make him hypersonic. On top of that he also halted Metro City, which puts him at City-Large Mountain level. And that’s Movie Astro alone, the one from the manga is FTL+ and Star Level, much higher than anything else from the Shrek verse (unless you get into some questionable highballs). Manga Astro would wash this list hard, only one I‘d see him lose to is Kai if you buy Universal KFP with infinite speed. Movie Astro should beat the crap out of most of them with ease as well.
