@SP4478 The 80's hip-hop stations Fresh 105 FM and Wildstyle were pirate radios too. 2001's Rise FM I'm not sure but MSX FM I think is a normal station. It could be pirate but Wildstyle and Fresh 105 mention they are pirate radio and no cops will find them.
