Is my lights being off constitutional for them not having a reason to pull me? I asked the cop if I was driving erratically or like I was drunk and he said no.

One of the best things you can do to combat lying witnesses is to write a detailed incident summary as soon as you can after your arrest. The more details you can preserve in writing the more ammo it gives your attorney. Do it as soon as you can after the incident, including every detail under the sun and have any witnesses you know do the same.
