Small correction: EAS is the Emergency Alert System used in the US and the alarms have different names in different countries, e.g. Singapore - Public Warning System, Poland - SAiOL and some of them just don't have names and are just sirens.

They use Elektor Sirens and DS977 Sirens Chile: never heard of those specific sirens. They have mechanical sirens and not speaker sirens.
