This song is great not only because of lyrics and music but also because of picturization. The song is is in a normal pace and visuals are in slow motion yet with accurate lipsing.

Female voice is of Sadhana Sargam. If you noticed, the whole song is shot in slow motion perfectly matching the tune.

Literal translation is "One who wins is Alexander". "Sikander" being the Persian name for "Alexander the Great". The word Sikander is used metaphorically here for "conqueror of the world".

The song is still remembered because of its great lyrics by Majrooh Sultanpuri who wrote along with changing times even in his old age and for the slow motion choreography by farah khan i think. Beautiful melody of jatin lalit. Jatin lalit were inspired by the music director R D Burman ( chura liya fame which you reacted earlier with zeenat aman with guitar). 70s and 90s are considered golden age of music in indian cinema.

I adore this song - PEHLA NASHA. It's a gem of a song, indeed.
This song was choreographed by Farah Khan, which turned her into a household name. She has choreographed several modern, contemporary and iconic songs. Farah has a magic touch in her choreography, and she understands the mood, and emotion of the song very well, and those elements are reflected on-screen.
Aamir Khan became a national craze with this song, lifting his career to new heights. I adore the young, innocent and handsome man that Aamir is and he has aged gracefully, and looks as handsome as ever!😍
    Great reaction, as always!😍

Ah, I was just entering my teenage years here in the UK when this came out and it's totally iconic...it's such a beautiful and true depiction of those first early romantic crushes! Absolutely gorgeous and Udit Narayan's voice just soars! Sadhna Sargam captures beautifully that early teenage innocence ♥️ I really do enjoy your videos - thank you! 🙏🏼☺️

This was choreographed by Farah khan who became a massive choreographer after this. She now directs big masala music.
Jatin- lalit are brothers who have given some amazing music until they parted mid 2000’s. ( shame )
Amir you know how big of a star he is today.
I lived my teen years in Pakistan and remember this kinda school vibe so now living in England accidentally revisiting memories randomly through RUclips is bloody amazing.
    Another great review.
I think I said it before and I’ll say it again you’re reviews are genuine and heartfelt.
You should review the song Hum Tum it’s from the film Hum Tum (Me & You) it’s Jatin-Lalit last few movies they did as a music composer together in 2005. One my all time Fav for sure and the video is cute.
    Irfan ☺️

Iconic song. The female singer is Sadhana Sargam (her voice wasn't as commonly used in Bollywood as Alka Yagnik)...this is one of the best Bollywood songs ever.
It's a love triangle..the actress who he is love with is different..and the girl who loves him in turn is his best friend.

I think this song is the first all slow motion song of Hindi movies. Entire song is picturised in double fast forward to show lipsing and video in slow motion.

*This was a remake of 'Breaking Away'.* And this song was entirely in slo-mo. So the lip-sync was a challenge.

This song had slower tempo to convey the message of being intoxicated by love, almost like being in a dream state. Not only does it sound like being in a dream but the video itself was slowed down to match the slower speed of the tempo.
MASTERPIECE, such a shame it didn't win the 38th filmfare awards by sweeping the entire music awards

Female vocals by the extremely underrated singer Sadhana Sargam. I would say this and "Saat Samundar Par" from the movie "Vishwatma" of the same year 1992 are her most popular Hindi language songs, although she has recorded many amazing songs You should definitely react to "Saat Samundar Par" after this current series- it samples "Heart" by The Pet Shop Boys and is a wedding/disco/celebration classic 30 years later!

One sincere request - Please avoid talking while the song video is going on. It won't let you enjoy the music and the tune, and it won't let us too. That will make the video much better to watch.
All analysis to be done after the song which you are doing anyways .... but need more of that. Thats what we Indians like to hear. Cheers !
