The VAs are fantastic, but it's a shame the sound designers didn't splice the two audio clips together to make it blend into each other better.

It's properly set up in-game, I'm just working with what I've got to make these videos which are the core audio files of the agents speaking. Most of the time this doesn't make a difference, it's only for a case like this where this one voicemail consisted of separate files for each agent as well as some additional background noise, in-game you can also hear Astra walking over to Harbor in the recording.

I've just started watching lore about Valorant, and I'm not aware what are agents in Valorant Protocol are searching now? I mean I have no clue what KJ and Clove are observing
