I liked that Ern and Van had a pleasant camping adventure and the contrast of Al having a terrible event YET STILL was comfortable to stay out there... helping us to face our fears as POC about the outdoors...for us to see that the woods can be chill like city life or just as dangerous and if we can weather them both we are all the more wiser.
This episode made me think about his being called out for not handling anything himself Like in Amsterdam, when Lorraine made comments about all of his work, money, and legal responsibilities being in the hands of friends/family. Granted, it's okay for those things to be delegated to others, but I felt Al wanted some form of autonomy...and when it went to shit, he didn't want to admit that it went to shit because it might be seen as incompetence? Maybe. Anyway- excited for y'all to release the reaction to the finale. I found it to be beautiful in its own way
11:14 “this supposed to be a fun show”. As fun & funny as Atlanta was the feeling I got the most from it was sad. In a beautifully artistic way that makes one think, thinking often leads to feeling sad. But I’d never accuse Atlanta of being supposed to be a fun show
This was his MANHOOD CHALLENGE. he was spiritual=gardening/GROWING WEED he was mental=fixing the truck by himself he was emotional=processing the pain of his error with the truck he was Physical=killing the boar with his hands he was psychological= knowing his survival depended on him removing himself from under the truck by any means He is now a MAN WHO KNOWS HE CAN TAKE CARE OF HIMSELF UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. HE AND THE WOODS DO GET ALONG... BEING IN THE THICK OF IT BRINGS HIS GREATEST ENLIGHTENED TRANSFORMATIONS!!! HE GOES TO THE NEXT LEVEL EACH TIME HE FACES THESE HARD TRUTHS OF WHO HE IS AND FACES FEARS...
I really like him in the country he just has to listen and learn. Everybody from the country gave him he didn't listen to not one. He has a disbelief attitude. Man told him about the wild pigs he laughed. Dude in video telling the tractor not a toy it can kill you. I like he made enough money and went for the simple life but you got to be safe. It's rarely help in the backwoods. I remember when I use to go out it would be miles to help got to know what you doing.
Just a neat note: the actor who plays the hardware store clerk/owner, is the same one who plays Jennifer’s lawyer boss on She-Hulk. I thought it was cool to see him in a totally different role. Al definitely goes through, I guess the thought was, once again for the last time. It was a lot, though. #SafeFarm
16:06 the instinct to ask ern for help is definitely a female reaction there. It’s also the rational & intelligent move. Unfortunately many men are hardwired differently. It makes us great/strong and weak at the same time. Why a lot of us die too soon

Great reaction. Looking forward to seeing your reaction to the series finale!
Was good to see She-Hulk's boss in the show as the store owner, the man's a very good character actor!
was wondering where I knew him from
Cooking bacon in a shallow layer of water is a thing, It is probably one of the best ways if you like it crispy but flexible.
