Renovating an Art Studio

I am turning this abandoned garage into an art studio! This property was acquired by a bank and put for sale last fall. For the past 6 months I have been working on this renovation project besides making daily RUclips Videos. I'm so excited to see the progress! Yes, this place was finished last year. An artist stayed in it for a bit. Now that Spain is still having problems growing covid cases, it’s harder to arrange everything. 2020 was such a surprise.

It is located in the city center of a town 2,5h from Madrid, the capital city. The property it self is under $50K, then the renovation could cost anything from $20K to $45K (in USD).
