So do 6000 x 6000 and you will see how many seconds it takes maximum.

i got it when its starfall (idk if it spawn randomly on the map when starfall but it spawns when the weather is starfall)

u can see the portal at the entrance of the mining area the one at the mountain where the quest giver on valentines upd sitting above the mountain and it can tp u to.. u guess it right on stella.. yeai thought i'll see another dimension but no it tp'd me directly to stella the potion maker..
