This came out pretty good, I made half the quantity with beef, no fenugreek, and double paprika and red chilli powder. Also sauteed raw ginger and garlic 1.5 TBSP each in the oil. Next time I'm going to try half the oil as it was over powering and I think it muted the flavor (spices and salt) a little bit. I may tack on more salt at the end depending on the taste. Also I think I need to be a bit careful about how much time I allow my beef to cook with little or no water as I think it got a little bit fried and thus reduced taste. Also need to remove the hard parts of the tomato when I chop it up.
